“For Sale” boards
and “For Rent”.
Estate-agent signage in fluted polypropylene, printed with your logo, your phone number and your colours. It comes in packs and two fixed sizes, which is exactly what lets us hold the price we hold.
Two thicknesses
- 3 mm Light and cheap. For balconies, windows, indoor use and fast turnover, where boards go up and come down often.
- 5 mm Stiffer, holds up better hanging outdoors and on façades. The one to order if the board stays up for months.
Sizes and packs
- 70 × 50 cm The balcony and window size, the one agencies order most to keep in stock.
- 100 × 70 cm For façades, plots and building sites, when the board has to be read from across the street.
- Packs of 5, 10 and 20 Orders go in closed packs. The more units of the same design, the better the price per board.
The sizes are fixed on purpose: printing rigid boards to custom sizes is slow and expensive. Standardising lets us use the full sheet and guillotine it fast, and that saving goes into the price. Need another size or a different quantity? Write to us and we will look at it.
Who orders them
How to prepare your file
- PDF at final size At 70×50 or 100×70 cm, whichever you are ordering, at 1:1.
- Bleed and crop marks A few millimetres of margin per side: the guillotine needs that room.
- 150 dpi minimum Watch out for logos pulled off a website: they are usually 72 dpi and it shows on a one-metre board.
- Phone number nice and big It is the only thing anyone reads from the street. Ahead of the logo, the reference and the small print.
Frequently asked questions
- Why only two sizes?
- Because standardising is what makes the price possible. With fixed sizes we use the whole sheet and cut fast; made to measure, the same board would cost considerably more.
- Can I order a single board?
- The catalogue works in packs of 5, 10 and 20. If you need a different quantity, write to us and we will look at it.
- 3 or 5 mm?
- 3 mm if boards rotate often or hang somewhere sheltered; 5 mm if it stays on a façade taking the weather for months.
- Does it survive outdoors?
- Yes, fluted polypropylene is the standard material for temporary outdoor signage: unlike cardboard, damp does not soften it.
