Large-format digital printing with genuine Roland inks, on monomeric, polymeric or cast vinyl. The lamination is your call: UV, gloss, matt — or none at all.
The vinyl each job calls for
- Monomeric The cheap one. It does not like curves and is meant for indoors and short campaigns: sales, promotions, trade fairs, temporary signage.
- Polymeric More stable and longer lasting. The one for exposed outdoor work on flat surfaces: shop windows, construction sites, panels and signs that have to take sun and rain.
- Cast The top of the range. It conforms to curves, mouldings and rivets without lifting, which makes it the one for full vehicle wraps and awkward surfaces.
- Etched glass effect Mimics sandblasted glass. The classic for office partitions, glass doors and privacy bands, with or without a printed design.

Lamination, your choice
- UV With a UV filter. The one to ask for when the vinyl will sit in the sun: it slows the colours fading.
- Gloss Deeper colour and a lively finish. The usual choice for vehicles and shop windows.
- Matt No glare, readable in direct light and in brightly lit spaces.
You can also order it unlaminated, which is cheaper and plenty for indoor or short campaigns. On floors, vehicles and surfaces that get cleaned often, lamination noticeably extends the life of the print.
Where it is used
How to prepare your file
- PDF at final size With the finished dimensions, at 1:1. If it is very large, 1:10 and say so clearly.
- Bleed and crop marks Leave a few millimetres of margin per side so the cut does not leave white edges.
- 150 dpi minimum Measured at real print size. Below that, large-format output looks pixelated up close.
- Text converted to outlines So we do not depend on having your font installed and it prints exactly as you see it.
Frequently asked questions
- How long does vinyl last outdoors?
- It depends on the material: monomeric for indoors and short campaigns, polymeric for outdoors, and cast when it has to last and follow curves. UV lamination helps too — that is what slows the sun fading the colours. Tell us how long it has to last and we will tell you which to order.
- Can I put it on a car?
- Yes. Polymeric is fine for flat panels and sides; if there are curves, mouldings or rivets — a full wrap — then cast, which is the only one that conforms without lifting at the edges.
- How does the vinyl arrive?
- Rolled in a rigid cardboard tube, so it does not get crease marks or scratches in transit.
- Do you fit it?
- No: we print and ship. We work with sign fitters who do install, so if you need fitting, ask and we will point you somewhere.
